Reason Analysis on Melting of Seamless Steel Pipe during Hot Spinning

Macro and micro structures and shed molten melting and shed metal of seamless steel pipe during hot spinning were observed to determine melting and shedding of the metal.The results showed that edfects in the ends of the seamless steel pipe led the metal to to overburn, resulling in the melting and shedding of the metal.so the nondestructive detection on two ends of seamless steel pipe should be strengthen.
