Study on Processing Technology of Ta40Nb Alloy Sheet for Chemical Anticorrosion

  • The Ta40Nb alloy ingot is obtained by using electron beam melting.Ta40Nb alloy forging and heat treatment process was studied, the results show that " the axial upsetting radial long pull + three circular upsetting long pull" rolling technology of forging process, large working rate of breakdown, can more fully broken Ta40Nb alloy as-cast organization, alloy plate has a fine uniform cubic.Ta40Nb alloy plate product processing using 1 200 ℃ ×90 min of heat treatment process, can make the material eventually get uniform, fine isometric organization, grain size reaches more than 8.
