Calculation of the Uncertainty of the Static and Dynamic Stiffness Test of Rail Fastening

  • MTS electro-hydraulic servo testing machine was adopted to test the static and dynamic stiffness of upper self-locking double layer nonlinear damping fastener randomly selected in the production process.The results showed that the relative uncertainties of static stiffness and dynamic stiffness were 0.061 7 and 0.0739, respectively.
