Abstract
The effect of different factors on the tee hydroforming was studied. A test plan was designed by orthogonal experimental method, which took wall thickness change rates of main pipe and branch pipe of the tee as evaluation criterion. The simulation test was conducted by using the finite element simulation software. The weight of influence of various factors on the tee hydroforming was analyzed by the method of range analysis, and the optimal production process parameters were obtainded.
