Abstract
According to molecular structure design, a series of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubbers (SSBR) with different molecular structures were prepared by living anionic polymerization. The effects of molecular structural factors on glass transition temperature of SSBR were focused. These factors which include the content of bounded styrene, the content of 1, 2-polybutadiene, number-average molecular weight, molecular weight distribution (polymer dispersion index PDI) and block structure. The results showed that the content of bounded styrene, the content of 1, 2-polybutadiene and block structure were main influencing factors of glass transition temperature of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and affected damping performance.
