Abstract
Nanometer tin oxide powders prepared by plasma gasification method with high temperature treatment have some hard agglomeration and overgrown particles, which affects the uniformity of mixed powders for the preparation of Ag/SnO2 electrical contact materials by powder metallurgy method. Based on resource analysis, matter-field analysis and conflict analysis in TRIZ theory, here is analyzed the problems existing in the LNJ-36 A air classifier. Through the comprehensive application of innovative theories, the transformation scheme for the existing air classifier is obtained, which can improve the particle size uniformity of tin oxide after airflow.
