Effect of Tension on Shape and Microstructure and Properties of 2Cr13 Steel Strip of High Width-thickness Ratio

  • The influences of increasing the tension on eliminating the shape defect and the mechanical properties of the 2 Cr13 steel strip cold rolled during the continuous heat treatment were studied. It's found that when the tension loaded on the steel strip was less than 73.5 N, the mechanical properties of the strip didn't change obviously, and the tension could also reduce the lateral bending and warpage of the steel strip effectively, so as to improve the flatness of the steel strip.
