Preparation and Performance of Graphene High Temperature Resisitant Anticorrosive Coating for Marine Heat Piping Systems

  • In this paper, large volume segments and micro-nanoparticles were introduced to enhance high temperature and corrosion resistance of the silicone resin. Firstly, diazobisphenol fluorene was modified by grafting silanized group on its surface, and then compounded with graphene oxide, so the large-volume segment modified graphene oxide was prepared. The modified graphene oxide was added as a filler to the silicone resin to obtain a high temperature resistant anticorrosive coating, then, the mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and salt spray resistance of the coating were tested. The results show that the modified graphene oxide can effectively enhance the heat resistance of the silicone resin material. When the amount of modified graphene oxide is 1.0%, the coating comprehensive properties is effectively improved.
