  • Using advanced short-flow, low-cost electron beam cooling bed smelting(EBCHM) technology to prepare titanium and titanium alloy slab slabs, is verified by process test, metallographic structure analysis and mechanical performance tesfs. TC4 titanium alloy EB slab was used to prepare 4 mm-thick hot-rolled sheet with quality conforming to the requirements of GB/T 3621—2007 Titanium and Titanium Alloy Sheet, is prepared by using TC4 titanium alloy EB slab.
