Research of the Effect of Processing Routes on the Ti Clad Plate

  • After contrasting hot rolling and coiling rolling technology, the effects of deferent processing routes on the properties and microstructures of Ti clad plate were investigated. The results indicated that, the best effect of processing Ti clad plate was block hot rolling by heating furnace, while the coiling rolling Ti plate by heating furnace was better than the coiling rolling without heating furnace, which had higher productivity and finished product rate; the qualified batch processing Ti plates were produced after adding a few recycled materials with decreasing affluent plasticity, therefore, the lower impurity and better processing routes were recommended to produce Ti clad plate.
