Study on Electrical Properties of Graphene-reinforced Al Matrix Composites

  • The graphene-enhanced Al-based composites were prepared by powder metallurgy, and the effects of graphene content and sintering temperature on the micro-structure, mechanical and electrical properties were studied. The results showed that when the addition amount of graphene was 0.3% and the sintering parameter was 580℃ and 1 h, the obtained composite grains were fine and uniform, the maximum density was 90.14%, the conductivity was up to 25.54 MS/m, and the hardness was HB23.35.
