  • Simufact was used to simulate the quenching heating, holding and cooling processes of high pressure seamless cylinder and the variation of temperature, equivalent stress and microstructure at different thicknesses was studied by particle tracing method. The equivalent stress was directly related to heating and cooling rats, and the outer diameter of cylinder changed slightly after quenching. The simulated calculation of ferrite content by quenching was consistent with the actual situation, showing that the quenching simulation could be used to guide the actual production.
