Abstract: The key point of winding pattern design for equal-polar cylinder is to obtain the stable winding pattern with fixed position. In this study, the effects of mandrel diameter, winding angle and friction factor on the winding pattern are studied based on CADWIND with a 140 L cylinder. The key points of pattern design for equal polar-hole cylinder are analyzed, and the method of winding pattern design proposed.
