Analysis on Deeping Drawing Forming of Titanium Strip Coiling from EB Titanium Ingot

摘要: 研究了采用EB纯钛铸锭制备的钛带卷拉深成形性能,对极限拉深系数、化学成分、力学性能和金相组织进行了分析。结果表明,EB纯钛铸锭制备的钛带卷拉深成形性能优异,拉深温度、氧含量与氧当量、力学性能、塑性应变比、应变硬化指数及晶粒平均尺寸均会影响钛带卷拉深成形性能。Abstract: The deep drawing formability of titanium strip coil prepared from EB pure titanium ingot is studied by analysis on limit drawing coefficient, chemical compositions, mechanical properties and metallographic structure. The results show that drawing property of titanium strip coil prepared by EB pure titanium ingot is excellent and that the drawing temperature, oxygen content and oxygen equivalent, mechanical properties, plastic strain ratio, strain hardening index and average grain size can affect the forming performance of cold rolled titanium strip coil in the deep drawing.
