Research on Influence Factors of Hydrogen Diffusion Coefficient of Pure Iron

摘要: 采用电化学渗透双电解池试验方法测定了不同条件下纯铁中的氢扩散系数。结果表明:材料状态、试样厚度、氢渗透次数影响纯铁氢扩散系数,原始态纯铁的氢扩散系数略高于三次淬火态试样的;随着试样厚度的增加,氢扩散系数逐渐变大;同一位置二次氢渗透的扩散系数高于一次渗透氢的扩散系数。Abstract: Hydrogen diffusion coefficients of pure iron under different experiment conditions are obtained by electrochemical permeation double electrolysis cell method. The results indicate that material status, specimen thickness and permeation times have influences on hydrogen diffusion coefficient. Hydrogen diffusion coefficient of pure iron of the original state is higher than that of the three times quenching state. As the specimen thickness increases, the diffusion coefficient becomes higher. For the same position,the diffusion coefficeient of the secdonary hydrogen permeation is higher than that of the first hydrogen permeation.
