Research of the Effect of Processing Routes on the Ti Clad Plate

摘要: 对比热轧和卷轧工艺技术,研究了不同生产方式对爆炸复合用钛板性能和组织的影响。结果表明:块式热轧生产钛板的效果最好,炉卷轧制方式次之,但其生产率和成品率高;少量添加回收料可批量生产合格的钛板,但伸长率的富裕量降低。因此,需要严格控制原料成分,并选择适宜的生产工艺方式,以确保钛板性能满足爆炸复合要求。Abstract: After contrasting hot rolling and coiling rolling technology, the effects of deferent processing routes on the properties and microstructures of Ti clad plate were investigated. The results indicated that, the best effect of processing Ti clad plate was block hot rolling by heating furnace, while the coiling rolling Ti plate by heating furnace was better than the coiling rolling without heating furnace, which had higher productivity and finished product rate; the qualified batch processing Ti plates were produced after adding a few recycled materials with decreasing affluent plasticity, therefore, the lower impurity and better processing routes were recommended to produce Ti clad plate.
