锆/不锈钢复合板界面形态及性能分析

摘要: 研究了不同工艺参数条件下双层锆/不锈钢复合板的界面形貌及力学性能之间的关系。通过金相及能谱分析对结合界面的波纹尺寸、脆性相成分进行测定,通过力学性能检测对结合质量进行评定。通过对爆炸复合不同工艺条件下锆/不锈钢复合板的界面结合情况进行对比,确定了最佳的复合工艺。最佳工艺条件下,界面波长为1 400 μm,波幅为230 μm,剪切强度达260 MPa。研究结果对双层锆/不锈钢复合板的国产工业化生产具有一定的参考意义。Abstract: The relationship between interface morphology and mechanical properties of double layer zirconium/stainless steel composite plate under different process parameters is studied. The ripple size and brittle phase composition of the interface are detected by metallographic inspection and energy spectrum analysis. The quality of interface is tested by mechanical property test. By comparing the interface of zirconium/stainless steel composite plate under different process conditions, the optimal composite process is determined. With the optimal process parameters, the interfacial wavelength is 1 400 μm, the wave amplitude is 230 μm and the shear strength is 260 MPa. The result can provide significant references for the domestic industrial production of zirconium/stainless steel composite plate.
