Frictional Brake Material Reinforced with Glass Fiber and Vermiculite Hybrid

摘要: 针对近年来制动摩擦材料的发展趋势及要求, 选用片状蛭石和玻璃纤维混杂作为增强体, 改性树脂作为基体, 研制出玻纤蛭石混杂增强摩擦材料。性能研究表明, 该材料力学性能高, 摩擦性能稳定, 特别是高温磨损小, 是一种理想的制动摩擦材料。Abstract: ln accordance with the recent development trend and the demand on the frictional brake material, a new composite material is developed which is composed with flake vermiculite and glass fiber hybrid as reinforcement and modified resin as matrix.The property investigation reveals that the new composite is a desirable brake material with high mechanical property,suitable and stable coefficient of friction and relatively low specific wearability especially at high temperature.
