Abstract: For the heat crack tendency in welding of the Incoloy 800H alloy, we choose Inconel 82 welding rod as its filling metal by analyzing its weldability, find out the proper welding process of the alloy by welding experiments, which in turn ensure the weld seam from heat crack, and finally investigate the microstructure and the mechanical properties to demonstrate the feasibility of the welding process.
