Analysis of Deformation Characteristic of Superplastic Welding Joint

摘要: 本文以结构钢(40Cr)与工具钢(T10A)为研究对象, 探讨了两种压前组织超细化预处理工艺 (整体循环淬火和高频淬火) 及压接工艺因素对恒温超塑焊接头变形的影响。试验结果表明: 恒温超塑焊接属小变形焊接, 其接头变形主要表现为应变的时间积累。压前组织越细, 其接头变形越大, 与 40Cr侧相比, T10A侧接头变形均较大。Abstract: In this paper, the effects of two structure ultra-fining treatments (salt-bath cyclic quenching and high frequency hardening) before welding and the processing parameters on the deformation characteristic of isothermal superplastic welding joint are investigated with structural steel (40Cr) and tool steel (T10A) as an object of study.The experimental results indicate that isothermal superplastic welding belongs to the little deformation welding, and its deformation is mainly expression of strain accumulating to time, that the finer the structure before welding, the larger the welding joint deformation. In comparison with 40Cr side, the welding joint deformation of T10A side is even larger.
