Effect of the Inoculation and Overheating-holding on the Properties of Cast Iron with High Silicon

摘要: 通过研究孕育处理和过热保温对高硅铸铁性能的影响,发现孕育处理和过热保温能改善高硅铸铁的性能,并获得了改善高硅铸铁性能和生产无气孔致密铸件的工艺参数。

Abstract: Effect of the inoculation and overheating holding on the properties of cast iron with high silicon has been investigated. The results show that this method can improve the mechanical property of cast iron with high silicon. The optimized technology parameters for the properties of the cast iron and sound castings without gasholes are obtained.
