Effects of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Property of D707 Cemented Carbide Surfacing Layer

摘要: 本文研究了碳化钨型硬质合金堆焊层在不同热处理工艺条件下的组织、硬度与耐磨性。研究结果表明,D707硬质合金堆焊层经850℃空冷、850℃油冷+400℃回火后具有较高的硬度和优异的耐腐蚀磨损性能,是低合金钢 35CrMo经C、N共渗后 (850℃油冷 +200℃回火)的 6~12倍。Abstract: In this paper, the microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of D707 cemented carbide surfacing layer through various heat treatments was investigated. The results showed that the surfacing layer under 850℃ air cooling, 850℃oil cooling and 400℃ tempering had higher hardness and the abrasion loss was 6~12 times less than that of low alloy steel 35CrMo under carbonitriding.
