Study on the Surface Hardening Layer by the Composite Treatment Combining Boronizing and Nitrogen Ion Implantation

摘要: 采用渗硼工艺和新型的等离子体源氮离子注入技术对Cr12MoV钢进行复合处理,获得了高硬度的表面硬化层。用XPS对硬化层进行相分析和性能试验,结果表明:硬化层主要由立方氮化硼 (C-BN)和FeB组成,硬化层具有很高的硬度和耐磨性。

Abstract: Surface hardening layer in Cr12MoV steel was abtained by the treatment combining boronizing and a new plasma source nitrogen ion implantation. XPS analysis and property test results show that the main microstructures of the layer are cubic boron nitride(C-BN) and FeB and the hardness and wear resistance of the hardening layer are high.
