Study of the Relation Between Electromagnetic Parameter and Sintering Temperature of Low Loss Mn-Zn Ferrite

摘要: 本文研究了在不同烧结温度下,低损耗Mn-Zn铁氧体材料的功耗、起始磁导率、饱和磁通密度、居里温度、电阻率、Zn挥发情况及微观结构等因素的变化,结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,功耗先下降,后上升;样品的烧结密度、起始磁导率都升高;Zn的挥发严重:饱和磁通密度和居里温度基本上没有什么变化;晶粒的微观结构也受烧结温度的直接影响。由此说明烧结温度是决定Mn-Zn铁氧体材料性能的关键因素之一。Abstract: The loss, initial permeability, maximum flux density, Curie temperature, resistivity, volatilization of Zn and microstructure of low loss Mn-Zn ferrite at the different sintering temperature were investigated. The results showed that loss droped before rising,sintering density and permeability went up,volatilization of Zn was serious,and maximum flux density and Curie temperature were negligibly changed with the rising of sintering temperature.Microstructure of the samples was directly affected by sintering temperature.It was suggested that the sintering temperature is one of key factors which decide the electromagnetic characteristic of Mn-Zn ferrite.
