Sol-gel Synthesis of SrAl2O4:Eu2+, SrAl2O4:Eu2+, Dy3+ Long Afterglow Materials

摘要: 用溶胶凝胶法合成制备铝酸锶(SrAl2O4:Eu2+(SE),SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+(SED))体系长余辉发光材料,用X射线粉晶衍射仪(XRD)、荧光光度计等对制备产物进行了分析测试。用溶胶凝胶法(Sol-gel)制备铝酸锶长余辉体的最佳温度为1200~1250℃。Abstract: Sol-gel synthesis technique (SST) is adopted to prepare SrAl2O4:Eu2+, SrAl2O4:Eu2+, Dy3+(SED) long afterglow materials and the analysis is made on the synthesised products with XRD and fluorometer. The temperature in the sintering process to get the optimal materials is 1200~1250℃ lower than in the conventional synthesis technique of the high temperature solid-phase preparation.
