Study of Anodic Bonding Between Al and K4 Glass

摘要: 在大气中对金属铝与K4玻璃进行了阳极焊焊接试验,并且分析了焊接过程的影响因素,热膨胀系数差异对异种材料阳极焊焊接质量有着重要的影响,发现金属铝与K4玻璃在大气环境下具有可焊性。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对界面的微观结构进行分析,认为在K4玻璃与金属铝的结合面处形成了以Al2SiO3或Si、Al、Zn、O、Na组成的复合物为主的过渡层,将K4玻璃与金属铝连接在一起。Abstract: The anodic bonding in air between K4 glass and Al is investigated in this paper.It is found that the linear thermal expansion coefficient plays an important role in anodic bonding.The welding ability and influencing factors are analyzed during the bonding process between Al and K4 glass in air.Change in current has certain rule,which is described in this paper.The microstructure of the K4 glass-Al interface is investigated,and the result indicates that the composition of the interface is formed by Al2SiO3 and some other kinds of compound substances made up by Si, Al,Zn,O,Na and so on.
