An Investigation on the Corrosion Behavior of 55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si Alloy Coat in Ammonia Water

摘要: 利用静态浸泡试验、交流阻抗测定和金相显微分析,研究了常温下热浸55% Al-Zn-1.6% Si合金镀层在氨水中的腐蚀行为。结果表明55% Al-Zn-1.6% Si合金镀层耐氨水腐蚀。Abstract: In this paper, the electrochemical corrosion behavior of hot-dip 55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si coat in ammonia water was investigated through the static full immersion, examination of corrosion membranes under microscope and measurement of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It is concluded that 55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si coating is corrosion-resistant in ammonia water.
