Analysis on Protection Failure of Zinc Sacrificial Anodes

摘要: 锌合金牺牲阳极在某船上使用一年,发现阳极表面溶解不均匀,船体未得到有效保护。通过化学成分分析、金相观察、扫描电镜能谱、电阻测量和红外光谱分析等多种方法对失效锌合金牺牲阳极进行测试分析,表明阳极失效的原因在于阳极表面受到油漆污染。Abstract: After a year of service in steel ship,the zinc sacrifical anodes was discovered dissolving unevenly and failure in protection of the ship.The cause of the uneven dissolving and protection failure is investigated through chemical composition analysis,metallographic observation,SEM analysis, resistance detection and infrared analysis.The results reveal that mispainting on the anodes is the main cause to bring about the failure of the sacrifical anode protection.
