Application of Particles Scattering Technology in Cf/Al Composites

摘要: 采用真空反压液相浸渗工艺,以碳纤维增强铝为研究对象,探讨了M40J纤维增强AlMg10复合材料制备工艺中,SiC及淀粉分散颗粒对复合材料微观组织及性能的影响。结果表明,碳化硅可以减少铝液在束内的浸渗阻力,并使纤维分布均匀,从而提高复合材料构件的成型性和力学性能。经过5 % SiC+3 %淀粉溶液的分散后,复合材料的体积分数由72 %降低到51 %,而复合材料的拉伸强度提高了131 MPa,达到498 MPa。Abstract: Particle scatteringtechnolog was employedinthe fabrication of M40J carbonfiber reinforced AlMg10 alloy composite with vac-uumpressure infiltration process.The influence of SiC and amylumscattering particles on the microstructure and property of the Cf/Alcomposits wasinvestigated.The resultsindicatedthat SiCparticleis conducibletoreducinginfiltrationresistance of molten aluminumintofiber bunch andthe well-distribution of thfiber,and soimprovingthe forming and mechanical property of the composite structure.Whenthe fibers were scattered with 5 %SiCand 3 %amylum,particles solution,the volume fraction of fibers inthe composite decrease from 72 %to 51 %,the tensile strength of the composite reached 498 MPa,131 MPa higher thanthat of the composite without particle scattering.
