Effect of “Jin Mo” Auto-restoration Coating on Surface Modification of 45 Steel Tribo-surface

摘要: 用XRD分析了添加羟基硅酸镁金属抗磨修复材料的成分,比较了45钢-45钢摩擦副在50CC机油及其与修复材料共同润滑下摩擦系数的变化规律,并测试了摩擦副质量随时间的变化趋势以及改性层的显微硬度。结果表明,修复材料中的主要成分Mg3Si2O5(OH)4是形成摩擦副表面改性层的主要物质;在50CC机油中加入不同含量的修复材料后摩擦系数均明显降低,且当修复材料含量为10%(φ)时,摩擦系数达到最小值0.0487,较仅用机油润滑时降低了61.04%;15 h后,上、下摩擦副质量均随时间的延长而增加;表面改性层的显微硬度均值达404.96Hv,较基体硬度提高了2倍。Abstract: Chemical compositions of “Jin Mo” auto-restoration coating was analyzed by using XRD.With 50CC engine oil as lubricant,effect of auto-restoration coating on the friction-coefficient of 45 steel-steel tribo-pair were investigated.The variety of weight of the tribo-pair with time and micro-hardness of the worn surface were also studied.The results indicate that Mg3Si2O5(OH)4 in auto-restoration coating is the main substance to form the modified surface.Friction-coefficient decreases with addition of “Jin Mo” auto-restoration coating in engine oil and the friction-coefficient is down to minimum 0.0487 with 10% auto-restoration coating in 50CC engine oil,decreased by 61.04% compared with mere engine oil lubrication.At same time,the weight of tribo-pair increases with prolongation of wearing test time,and the HV of the grey blocks is about 404.96,2 times higher than that of 45 steel.
