Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) Gel and Its Applicationin in Biomedical Engineering

摘要: 聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺具有良好的温敏性能,原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)技术是合成结构规整性聚合物的有效途径。本文综述了采用ATRP技术合成聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺的研究进展,并介绍了快速响应PNI-PAM水凝胶的合成方法,以及PNIPAM温敏性凝胶在药物释放、酶的固定、生化物质分离和医用生物高分子材料等方面的应用现状。Abstract: Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)has been widely used in biomedical for its favorable thermosensitivity.In this paper,the latest advance in the synthesis of poly(N-isopropyl-acrylamide)via ATRP technology was summarized,and the application of the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) gel in drug release and enzymatic immobilization was introduced briefly.
