Effect of Heat Input Energy on Microstructure and Properties of 06CuNiCrMoNb Steel Welds

摘要: 系统研究了焊接线能量对06CuNiCrMoNb钢焊缝金属组织与性能的影响。结果显示, 线能量对焊缝金属组织与性能有显著影响, 随着线能量的增加, 针状铁素体含量逐渐减少, 粒状贝氏体量增多, 先共析铁素体宽度增加;焊缝金属低温冲击韧性降低。

Abstract: The paper studies the effect of heat input energy on the weld metal structure and performance of 06CuNiCrMoNb steel.The results show that there are important influences of heat input energy on weld metal structure and properties.For the structure of the welds, the acicular ferrite decreases, granular bainite increases, and the pro-eutectoid ferrite becomes coarse with increase of heat input energy.The low-temperature impact absorbed energy of the weld metal decreases with increase of heat input energy.-
