Infiltration Time Effect of Pressureless Infiltration Preparation of Al/SiCp Ceramic Matrix Composites

摘要: 本文采用无压浸渗法,研究浸渗时间对Al/SiCp陶瓷基复合材料组织、致密度、硬度的影响。浸渗保温时间1h,能浸透,但致密度差,硬度低。保温时间3h,发生粉化现象。结果表明浸渗保温时间2h是无压浸渗较好的工艺参数。

Abstract: Microstructure,density and rigidity of Al/SiCp ceramic matrix composites prepared by pressureless infiltration.were investigated in this paper.The result indicates that the infiltration in due course of time made Si and Mg diffusion and interface reaction conducted fully,which increased interface wetting property and decreased interface loose and pore,and advanced the aluminium alloys infiltration.Holding one hour at proper temperature got full infitration,but poor density and low rigidity,while holding three hours got pulverization so two hours shall be a proper parameter.-
