Numerical Study of the Large Scale Ti/steel Clad Plate with Explosive Welding

摘要: 通过经验公式和工艺实验初步确定爆炸焊接工艺参数,再采用有限元动力学分析软件进行大面积厚复层爆炸焊接过程仿真研究。通过实验研究了基复板间的位移、结合等变化过程;并通过分析调整工艺参数的模拟结果,得出当药高调整至47mm时复合板的结合率达到了峰值。该研究为大面积厚层钛钢复合板的爆炸焊接工艺参数的科学制定提供了依据。Abstract: In this paper,technological parameters is confirmed by experimental formula and technological test.Finite element software is used in numerical simulation of explosive welding process of large scale TA2/Q345R clad plate with thick clad.Displacement and combination is investigated via experiments.The simulation results indicate that the bond rate of the clad plate reaches the maximum when the explosive height is 47mm.This study provides a basis for explosive welding of large scale Ti/CS clad plate with thick clad.
