Preparation and Properties Investigation of Nano-size TiO2

摘要: 以钛酸丁酯(TBOT)为前驱物、乙醇(EtOH)为溶剂、水为反应剂、盐酸为催化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了无色透明TiO2溶胶和纳米TiO2粉体。运用正交试验设计和极差分析,优化了制备无色透明TiO2溶胶的工艺。利用紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)分析了溶胶的光学性能,傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了凝胶的分子结构,热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试了TiO2的热性能,X-射线衍射(XRD)研究了TiO2的晶型及其纳米尺寸。结果表明:无色透明TiO2溶胶在可见光区域光吸收极低,在紫外光区域吸收极强,可作抗紫外剂等;TiO2热稳定性较好,能耐300℃以上的高温,可做耐热填料;所制备TiO2具有锐钛矿相晶体结构,颗粒尺寸约为35nm。Abstract: Colorless transparent TiO2 sol and nano TiO2 powder were prepared by sol-gel process with butyl titanate(TBOT) as precursor,anhydrous ethanol as solvent,water as reactant,hydrochloric acid as catalyst.The condition of preparing colorless transparent TiO2 sol was optimized by orthogonal test and range analysis.The optical property of the TiO2 was investigated by means of UV-Vis spectra analyzing,the molecular structure was characterized by means of FT-IR spectrum,thermal property was detected via TGA and DSC and the crystal form and its nano-size were analyzed by meas of XRD.The results show that the colorless transparent TiO2 sol has very weak absorption in the visable light region,and strong absorption in the ultraviolet light region,so is suitable for uvio-resistant agent and the TiO2 powder is thermal stable,could resist high temperature over 300℃,So is suitable for heat-resisting filler.The as-prepared TiO2 samples possess anatase phase crystal structure with granule size around 35nm.
