Fatigue Characteristic of Metal Rubber Material

摘要: 在高低温环境下对金属橡胶试件进行了疲劳试验研究,初步分析了固支圆盘式金属橡胶试件的疲劳破坏形式和疲劳特性。运用扫描电镜分析技术,分析了金属橡胶的内部晶格组织和空洞缺陷的变化,以及损伤因子随循环周期的变化规律。通过对疲劳试样内部金属丝断口的形貌观察,分析了金属橡胶疲劳机理和主要影响因素,并针对这些影响因素,提出了改进金属橡胶材料疲劳强度的主要技术途径。Abstract: Fatigue test of metal rubber specimen was carried out at high and low temperature and the form of fatigue rupture and character of disk specimen was analyzed.The lattice structure and cavity defect of the material was observed under SEM,and the damaging parameter with cyclic periodic time was concluded qualitatively.Through analysis of the fracture of the metal wire,the fatigue mechanism and influencing factors had been studied.According to these influencing factors,some technique paths have been brought forward to improve the fatigue strength of metal rubber material.
