Research of Damping Effect of Base Impedance on Cylindrical Composite Foundation

摘要: 提出一种新型复合材料筒型基座结构形式,应用阻抗理论预测基础阻抗对基座减振机制的影响规律。通过试验和有限元计算获得基座、船体板架和船体梁的静刚度特性。以振级落差为评价指标,针对两种基础安装的复合材料基座样机开展激振试验,研究基础刚度对基座减振机制的影响规律。研究表明:复合材料基座安装于船体梁上较船体板架更有利筒壁间阻尼芯材轴向高频损耗能力增强,使得其减振效果提高6dB。Abstract: A cylindrical composite foundation structure was presented and the effect of base impedance on the foundation damping performance were predicted through impedance theory analysis.The stiffness characteristics of the foundation,plate frame and hull girder were outlined through experiments or FEM.Adopting vibration level difference as evaluation index,the effect pattern of the base impedance on the damping mechanisms of the foundation prototype installed on two bases were investigated through vibration tests.The results show that comparing to the plate frame base,the damping performance of the foundation installed on the hull girder base increased 6dB,and axial damping capacity of the core material is more favorable,especially at high-frequency.
