Optimization of Sacrificial Anodes in Slop Retention Tanks of Ship

摘要: 针对目前某型船舱底板保护用三元锌牺牲阳极在油污水环境下容易结壳失效,达不到电化学设计保护要求的现状,通过在油污水模拟环境中的电化学性能测试,优化筛选得到了适合该型船舱底油污水环境使用、效率高的新型铝合金牺牲阳极材料。Abstract: Since the catrhodic protection requirments in design can not be met for the anti-corrosion of ship bottom tank due to the premature failure of the zinc-aluminium-cadium sacrificial anode with crust covering the anodes in the water envirioment contaminated by oil,electrochemical performance of anodes was tested in the water simulating to real ship bottom environment and a kind of aluminium alloy sacrificial was developed with high efficiency and tolerance to oil contamination water.
