Study on Complex Sandwich Plate Used for Shelter under the Sunlight Environment

摘要: 对由双层3A21-H24δ1.5mm铝合金板与硬质聚氨酯泡沫通过高强度粘接剂粘接制成的方舱复合叠层板进行了日照试验条件下高温力学性能研究。采用有限元计算和应力应变测试进行了分析,结果显示,复合叠层板在96±8℃温度应力作用下,泡沫上方铝蒙皮的应力大约在110MPa以下,而且该处应力大于骨架上蒙皮的应力,泡沫的尺寸大小对于最高应力的变化几乎没有影响。可见,要解决方舱复合叠层板的高温鼓包问题,必须选择高温强度不小于3.82MPa的胶粘剂。Abstract: This paper focused on the mechanics capability of Complex sandwich plate used for shelter by finite element method and stress-strain test.The results prove that under the high temperature(96±8℃),the stress on the complex sandwich plate shows peak value on the foam,approximately 110MPa,and trough on the framework.The stress is independent of the size of the foam.The key answer of the bulging on the shelter is that the appropriate adhesive' intension must exceed 3.82MPa.
