Technology and Microstructure of Flame Distortion Correction and Line Neat Forming for New Type 440 MPa Ship Building Steel

摘要: 本文针对低碳、微合金化技术及TMCP工艺轧制的新型440 MPa船板,进行了钢的火工矫正、水火弯板工艺试验。对火工后的力学性能进行测试,并对微观组织进行了分析。试验结果表明:新型440 MPa船板对火工矫正加热温度较敏感,具有较好的水火弯板工艺适应性。Abstract: The paper studies the technology of flame distortion correction and line neat forming test on TMCP new type 440MPa grade ship-building steel which has low carbon content and is micro alloyed. The mechanical properties and microstructure are analyzed after hot working processes. The results show that the new type 440 MPa steel is sensitive to flame distortion temperature but is well adaptive to line neat forming technology.
