The Effect of Heat Treatment on Structure and Properties of Titanium Alloy Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al

摘要: 本文研究了不同固溶和时效温度对Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金组织和性能的影响,结果表明,随着固溶温度的升高(700—820℃),组织中的α相含量减少,β相含量增加。时效处理可以提高β基体强度,使材料的强度随固溶温度的升高而升高,塑性下降;随着时效温度的升高(420—620℃),合金的组织成分更加均匀,塑性明显提高,但强度下降。760℃/2h固溶+520℃/8h时效,材料的综合性能最好。

Abstract: The influence of solution heat treatment temperature and aging treatment temperature on the structures and properties of Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al is investigated in this paper.The result revealed that as the solution heat treatment temperature rising from 700 to 820℃,the content of α-phase in the structure decreases,but β-phase increases.Aging treatment can improve the strength of β-matrix.The strength of the material is improved with the temperature rising,but the plasticity decreases.As the aging treatment temperature rising from 420 to 620℃,the structure uniformity of the alloy is better,and the pasticity is improved markedly,but the strength decreases.Solution heat treated at 760℃ fot 2h and aged at 520℃ for 8h,the alloy reaches the best compromise of performence.-
