Comparative Studies on Corrosion Resistance in Sea water for Two Ship Building Steels

摘要: 针对10MnNiCr钢、新型440 MPa船体钢,开展了钢的自然腐蚀电位测试、室内加速腐蚀试验,1年期北海海域裸钢海港挂片试验。试验结果表明,由于钢的合金成分不同,10MnNiCr钢表现出较好的耐海水腐蚀性能。Abstract: The corrosion resistance in sea water of 10MnNiCr and new type 440MPa ship steels was detected via measurement of corrosion potential, accelerated corrosion rate test indoor and one year seaport corrosion test in North sea for naked steels. The results show that 10MnNiCr presents the better corrosion resistance in sea water due to its reasonable alloyed composition.
