Study Relationship between the Amount of Channel Black and Underwater Acoustic Property of PU Material

摘要: 将槽法炭黑添加到聚氨酯隔声材料中,考察了槽法炭黑用量130份、45份、60份对聚氨酯材料隔声性能的影响。性能测试结果表明:槽法炭黑用量对聚氨酯材料隔声性能影响很大。常压下,添加了60份槽法炭黑的聚氨酯材料隔声性能最低,添加了槽法炭黑其它两种用量的聚氨酯材料隔声性能相差不大;低压下,槽法炭黑的3种用量对聚氨酯材料隔声性能影响不大;高压下,添加了45份槽法炭黑的聚氨酯材料隔声性能最高,30份的次之,60份的最低。Abstract: Effect of the amount of channel black on underwater sound insulation property of PU material was researched. The results showed that amount of channel black had obvious effect on underwater sound insulation property of PU material. Under one atmospheric pressure, the underwater sound insulation property of PU material is most poor when the amount of channel black is 60%, and quite equivalent when the amount of channel is 30% and 45%. Under lower underwater pressure, effect of the amount of channel black on underwater sound insulation property of PU material is almost negligible and under higher underwater pressure, the underwater sound insulation property of PU material is best when the amount of channel black is 45%,is good and poor when the amount of the channel black are 30% and 60% respectively.
