Preparation of CuFe2O4 Hollow Microspheres with Catalytic Activity by Sol-gel Calcinations Method

摘要: 本研究利用一些初级原材料采用两步法制备出了CuFe2O4空心微球。相差显微镜(PCM)和扫描电镜(SEM)图片表明制得的空心微球粒径为8—30μm,同时相差显微镜图片表明空心微球的粒径和质量受发泡剂含量的影响。X射线衍射(XRD)数据和能谱(EDX)数据表明制得的空心微球主要是由CuFe2O4和极少量的单质Cu组成。紫外光谱分析显示制得的空心微球同时具有催化和吸附活性。Abstract: CuFe2O4 hollow microspheres were successfully synthesized via sol-gel two-step method with only several simple primary raw materials.The PCM and the SEM photographs showed that the as-prepared spheres were hollow and the diameters were mostly among 8-30μm.In addition,the PCM images showed that the yield and quality changed along with the blowing agent content in the raw material.XRD and EDX analyses indicated that the as-prepared spheres were mainly composed of CuFe2O4 and a small amount of the elementary substance Cu.Ultraviolet spectrum analysis showed that the achieved CuFe2O4 hollow spheres exhibited both the catalysis and the adsorption properties.
