Analysis of Embrittled 10CrNiCu Steel

摘要: 对低温韧性严重偏低的10CrNiCu钢板的成分和微观组织进行了分析,结果表明,较低的w(Mn)/w(C)比值、过多的非金属夹杂物、严重的混晶现象以及细小弥散的铜析出相是导致钢材低温脆性断裂的综合原因。Abstract: The composition and microstructure of seriously embrittled 10CrNiCu steel have been investigated.The results show that the low ration of Mn/C,over size non-metallic inclusion,serious mischcrystal and disperse copper precipitated phase resulted in low-temperature brittleness.
