Influence of Filler Metals on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of ZTA5 Welds

摘要: 采用相同的手工氩弧焊工艺分别用TA2和TA4填充焊丝对ZTA5合金进行补焊,补焊后对焊接接头进行退火处理,对不同填充焊丝的焊接接头强度和焊缝组织进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,TA2填充焊丝的焊接接头强度低于TA4填充焊丝的焊接接头强度,因此,对ZTA5合金补焊时宜采用TA4焊丝。Abstract: The microstructures and mechanical properties of ZTA5 welds with filler metals TA2 and TA4 have been studied.The results show that the tensile strength of welded joints with TA4 is higher than that with TA2,so that when ZTA5 alloy needs weld repairs,TA4 is more suitable as filler metal.
