摘要: 钛合金因具有比强度高、耐蚀性好、耐热性高等优点而被广泛用于各个领域。本文综述了pH值、温度、氟化物、氢吸附等环境因素对钛合金耐腐蚀性能的影响,总结了钛合金发生应力腐蚀、氢致开裂、缝隙腐蚀、电偶腐蚀、点蚀等局部腐蚀的特点及机理,并探讨了钛合金在航空航天、海水及盐水环境、生物医学等实际应用环境中的腐蚀性能。Abstract: High strength-to-density ratios and corrosion resistance of titanium and its alloys making these materials attractive in various industrial applications.This paper reviewed the influence of pH,temperature,fluoride and hydrogen absorption on corrosion resistance of titanium and its alloys.The characteristics and mechanism of stress corrosion cracking,hydrogen-induced cracking,crevice corrosion,galvanic corrosion and pitting corrosion were also summarized.In addition,the corrosion behavior of the materials in aerospace,marine and brine environment,biomedical were introduced.
