Green Synthesis of Aluminum Nitride Superfine Powder

摘要: 本文以碳酸钠和氯化铝沉淀制得的活性氧化铝为原材料, 在高温下与氨气反应, 制得氮化铝粉体, 并对比掺杂氧化镧前后, 活性氧化铝生成氮化铝条件的不同.实验过程中, 运用XRD对制得的粉体进行物相分析.结果表明, 当反应温度达到1 200℃时, 掺杂镧的氧化铝能制得纯净的氮化铝粉体, 而未掺杂镧的氧化铝则需要更高的温度.Abstract: In this paper, activated alumina was prepared from sodium carbonate and aluminum chloride by using precipitation method and as raw materials, reacted with ammonia at high temperatures to preparate aluminum nitride powders. The condition of aluminum nitride synthesis with lanthanum oxide doped in the activated alumina was compared. With the aid of powder phase analysis by X ray diffraction. The results showed that for lanthanum doped alumina pure aluminum nitride powders could form when the reaction temperature reached 1 200℃, while for undoped activated alumina, higher temperature was needed.
