Effects of Heat Treatment Process and Cold Shaping on Microstructure and Properties of CuNiSiCr Copper Alloy

摘要: 研究了引线框架用CuNiSiCr合金不同热处理工艺及冷变形量对组织与性能的影响,研究表明,新型CuNiSiCr合金在930℃保温1 h进行固溶处理,然后进行30%的冷变形,随后在510℃下进行2.5 h的时效处理,合金的硬度与导电性能达到较好的配合,能满足引线框架的技术性能要求。

Abstract: The effects of different heat treatment and cold deformation on microstructure and properties of lead frame alloy CuNiSiCr were studied. The results showed that the new CuNiSiCr alloy solid solution treated at 930℃ for 1 hour, and then 30% of cold deformed, followed by aging treatment at 500℃ for 3. 5 hours. The hardness and conductivity of CuNiSiCr alloy can achieve better cooperation.-
