Surface Modification of Tungsten Molybdenum Acid Zirconium with Silane Coupling Agent

摘要: 利用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对不同形貌ZrWMoO8进行表面改性,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、接触角测试仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析改性后ZrWMoO8的性能变化。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂改性后ZrWMoO8的晶体结构没有发生变化,但其接触角变大,疏水性增强,微粉团聚现象减少,分散性增强。Abstract: Surface modification of ZrWMoO8 with different morphology by silane coupling agent KH-550 was performed. The changes of the ZrWMoO8 performances after modification have been carried out by infrared spectrum (FTIR), contact angle tester, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD).Results show that the crystal structure was not changed, but the contact angle was became larger, the hydrophobic was enhanced, the powder agglomeration phenomenon reduced, and the dispersity was enhanced after ZrWMoO8 was modified by the silane coupling agent.
